Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 banana (fresh or frozen)

¾ cup orange juice (or coconut water for a lighter version)

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon fresh lime juice (optional, for brightness)
