Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls


Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Gradually stir in the biscuit mix until the dough comes together.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
For a spicier kick, add more chopped jalapeños or use hot sausage.
