Pistachio‑Chocolate Babka Pull‑Apart

Inspired by vegan trends and babka resurgence —rich, nutty, and indulgent.

Ingredients (serves 8):

Dough: 3 cups flour, ⅓ cup sugar, 2 ¼ tsp yeast, ¼ tsp salt, 3 eggs, ½ cup milk, ½ cup butter, room temp

Filling: ½ cup pistachio cream, ½ cup chopped pistachios, ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Glaze: 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp sugar

Serve suggestion: Serve warm, torn apart straight from the pan.
