Peach Pie


In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Using a hand mixer, mix until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the oil and continue beating until fully combined.

Add the milk and continue mixing.

Add the flour in two parts; in the second part, add the baking powder and mix well.

Add the chopped peaches and fold in gently.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and decorate with peach halves and slices on top.

Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Brush syrup over the still-warm cake to give it extra shine and flavor.
