Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and frothy.
Caramelize a mold, pour the mixture into it, and bake in a double boiler in a pressure cooker or oven for half an hour. Let cool and unmold.
Microwave: Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe caramelized mold. Cover with plastic wrap and poke a couple of holes in it with a knife.
