Ingredients:
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
¼ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
8 egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and garlic powder.
Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly, folding in the sides.
Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
